Sustainable U: Sustainable Seafood

Sunday, March 2, 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM, Central Park Library Redwood Room.

Ever wonder about fresh, local, sustainable seafood? Come learn about delicious, ocean-friendly seafood from Monterey Bay Aquarium staff at this engaging talk. Enjoy fresh fish, oyster shucking and fish fileting at our live cooking demo! All ages are welcome to the taste the difference of a sustainable sea.

1:00-1:30 PM -- Monterey Bay Aquarium sustainable seafood discussion.
1:45- 2:30 PM -- Monterey Bay Local Catch live demo fish filet and oyster shucking 101.
2:45-3:30 PM -- Eating with the Seasons CSA and Monterey Bay Local Catch team up for a live cooking demo.

Stay after the program for a raffle with goodies from the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
