Join Chef Laura Stec, author of Cool Cuisine - Taking the Bite Out of Global Warming and writer of The Food Party! for a fun afternoon of tips and tricks about healthy cooking and quick summer dinners. You will also get to taste delicious samples during the class. Laura Stec is a corporate and private chef, corporate wellness educator for Kaiser Permanente and Bay Area businesses, and owner of Laura Stec – Innovative Cuisine.
