Adult Summer Reading: Song, Lyrics, & You

Tuesday, June 30, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM, Central Park Library Edinger Room.

Enjoy a night out singing songs with heart, enthusiasm and confidence. Long time Voice Instructor Karl Schmidt from Foothill College will be leading the way as we learn vocal and musical skills to expand the fun and freedom of our singing voices. Karl loves to focus on the poetry/lyrics of songs to deepen the emotional and personal experience of singing.

No prior singing experience is needed. We'll be singing together as a group and Karl will also give some individual attention to those who would like to be heard - to develop their solo style. Come just for a night or take the whole series if you want to build upon what you learn each time.

Ages 18+

Summer Reading Programs are sponsored by Santa Clara City Library Foundation & Friends, KeyPoint Credit Union, and Mission City Community Fund.
