The Future Starts Here!

Santa Clara Public Library completed two key planning studies, the Library Strategic Plan (PDF) and the Library Facilities Master Plan (PDF), after a multi-year community outreach effort.  The 2025-2028 Strategic Plan provides a clear 3-year vision of operational and service priorities, that includes specific and actionable initiatives to guide staff work towards effective achievement of goals.  The 2025-2045 Facilities Master Plan, based on strong community engagement and data analysis as well as professional facility and community assessments, provides a 20-year plan to guide the maintenance and capital investment decisions for the library system.
