What Is Discover and Go?
Discover and Go allows you to use your Santa Clara City Library card to get free or discounted passes to many Bay Area museums and cultural institutions.
How Does It Work?
- Log into Discover and Go with your Santa Clara City Library card (beginning with "25119").
- You must live within the City of Santa Clara to use this service. If you live outside the City, please check with your local library to see if they offer Discover and Go.
- Passes are available 3 months in advance. That includes the current month plus 2 additional months. New passes are released at 12 a.m. on the first of each month.
- Choose the date you want to go, confirm your reservation and print out your pass.
- You cannot cancel your reservation once the pass has been printed.
- If you cannot use your pass, please cancel it so it can be available for someone else. If the attraction you want to visit has no available passes on the first of the month, please check back in case someone else cancels.
- You must have an active library card that is in good standing in order to place reservations. The library cardholder must be at least 16 years old.
- If the reservation is not used on the date it’s specified for, it will expire.
- The pass may only be used by the patron who placed the reservation. Please have a photo identification with you when you attend your event. You must have a photo ID that shows you live within the City of Santa Clara.
