Read Santa Clara offers free tutoring for adults who can speak English but need help with basic reading, writing, or math skills. Volunteer tutors help adult learners work on their goals.

Family Literacy

Adult learners with children in their lives can join Families for Literacy (FFL). The program helps families learn together through fun monthly family literacy events at the library.

English as a Second Language (ESL)

Read Santa Clara provides ESL services for adults who speak little to no English. We are committed to equipping learners with the language skills necessary to communicate confidently in everyday situations. Adult learners are referred to our program through our community partners. 

Career Online High School

Earn an accredited high school diploma and a career certificate for free in 18 months or sooner. Flexible online coursework is available 24/7, so you can study at a convenient time.
